Avon, Ohio – May 2, 2016 – Maroon Group LLC announced that it has acquired U.S. Chemicals, a national distributor of specialty chemicals based in Darien, CT. U.S. Chemicals’ management team will remain in place and continue to actively manage the business.

Founded in 1960, U.S. Chemicals supplies specialty intermediates for the CASE, lubricants, plastics, and associated industries.
